Meet Dr. Rockwood

Meet the Doctor

Dr. Rockwood earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree graduating with honors from the University of Missouri Kansas City – School of Dentistry in 2006. 

He enjoyed his childhood growing up in Lake Oswego, Oregon just south of the beautiful City of Roses—Portland, Oregon.  He met his sweetheart, Marshfield resident Julianne Baker, while attending Brigham Young University in Provo, UT.  

After completing his training at UMKC, Dr. Rockwood was commissioned an officer in the United States Navy.  He and Julianne then moved their growing family to Virginia Beach, Virginia where he completed a  residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at Naval Air Station Norfolk.  Dr. Rockwood then received orders to serve as a Dental Officer on board the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman.

Following his active duty service, Dr. Rockwood moved his family to Marshfield, Missouri in 2009 and has continued his military service as a Commander in the Naval Reserves. 

Dr. Rockwood and his wife Julianne are the proud parents of six wonderful and very active children:  Tyler, Ethan, Luke, Carson, Daisy and Grayson.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf, gardening, music, serving in his church, and most of all, spending time with his family.
